- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey optional

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to thicken.
