Hazelnut Whipped Cream Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml heavy cream chilled
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g roasted hazelnuts chopped
  • 10 g grated chocolate optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the chopped roasted hazelnuts.
  • Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses or bowls.
  • Smooth the surface for a clean finish.
  • Garnish with additional chopped hazelnuts and grated chocolate if desired.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
