Hazelnut Whipped Cream Dessert

- 200 ml heavy cream chilled
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g roasted hazelnuts chopped
- 10 g grated chocolate optional, for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the chopped roasted hazelnuts.
Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses or bowls.
Smooth the surface for a clean finish.
Garnish with additional chopped hazelnuts and grated chocolate if desired.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
