- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 20-25 gyoza wrappers
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
In a bowl, mix ground meat, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half, and pleat to seal tightly.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange the gyoza flat side down in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Add water to the skillet and cover with a lid. Steam the gyoza for 4-5 minutes until the filling is cooked through and the wrappers are tender.
Remove the lid and cook for another 1-2 minutes to crisp the bottoms.
