Greek-Style Lamb Wrap with Tzatziki

- 400 g lamb thinly sliced
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
For the Tzatziki Sauce
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 small cucumber grated and drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- Salt
Marinate the lamb with olive oil, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cook the marinated lamb in a skillet over high heat for 8-10 minutes.
Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Spread tzatziki sauce over each tortilla and layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and cooked lamb.
Wrap tightly and slice in half. Serve warm.
