Greek-Style Lamb Wrap with Tzatziki

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g lamb thinly sliced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

For the Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 small cucumber grated and drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the lamb with olive oil, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook the marinated lamb in a skillet over high heat for 8-10 minutes.
  • Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Spread tzatziki sauce over each tortilla and layer with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and cooked lamb.
  • Wrap tightly and slice in half. Serve warm.
