- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, walnuts, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper.
Blend until smooth, adding more olive oil if necessary to achieve a creamy consistency.
