Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • Fresh fruits for topping e.g., sliced banana, kiwi, berries
  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, almond milk, and honey (if using).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie into serving bowls.
  • Top with fresh fruits, granola, and chia or flaxseeds.
