Ingredients
  

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups green tomatillo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Monterey Jack or Oaxaca
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish with oil.
  • Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet to make them pliable. Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the green tomatillo sauce over the rolled tortillas, ensuring they are fully covered. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Garnish with sour cream and fresh cilantro. Serve hot with rice and beans on the side.
