- 1 cucumber sliced into rounds
- 100 g smoked salmon cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dill chopped (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and arrange them on a serving platter.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill (if using), salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Place a small piece of smoked salmon on each cucumber slice.
Top with a dollop of the yogurt sauce.
