Oil for frying
Instructions
Season the chicken strips with salt and black pepper.
Place the flour on a plate, beaten eggs in another plate, and mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika in a third plate.
Dredge the chicken strips in flour, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken strips for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with dipping sauces or fresh salad.
