Creamy Garlic Sauce Salmon

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or plant-based cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
Place the fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.
While the salmon is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a separate pan, sauté the minced garlic in a little olive oil for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the pan, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the cooked salmon fillets.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon juice, and serve immediately.
