- 2 chicken breasts cooked and diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
- 1 cup heavy cream or plant-based cream for dairy-free
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for a crispy crust.
Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
