Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 cup heavy cream or plant-based cream for dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for a crispy crust.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
