Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
