- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Melted butter cinnamon, and granulated sugar for coating
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
Preheat your waffle iron and lightly coat it with non-stick spray. Pour the batter onto the iron and cook until golden brown.
Brush the hot waffles with melted butter and coat them in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Serve with chocolate or caramel sauce.
