Chocolate Vegan Avocado Mousse

- 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut milk or any plant-based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh berries or chopped nuts for garnish optional
In a food processor, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if necessary and blend again.
Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa powder if needed.
Transfer the mousse to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and set.
Garnish with fresh berries or chopped nuts before serving, if desired.
