Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfait

A layered dessert with creamy chocolate, rich peanut butter, and crunchy toppings for a delightful treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml heavy cream chilled
  • 50 g peanut butter
  • 50 g dark chocolate melted
  • 20 g granulated sugar
  • 30 g crushed cookies or granola
  • 20 g chopped peanuts optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chocolate Layer

  • In a mixing bowl, whip half of the heavy cream with 10 g of sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the melted dark chocolate until fully combined.

Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer

  • In another bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream with 10 g of sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Fold in the peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Parfait

  • In serving glasses, layer crushed cookies or granola at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of the chocolate cream, followed by a layer of peanut butter cream.
  • Repeat the layers if desired.
  • Top with chopped peanuts and a drizzle of melted chocolate for garnish.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
