Ingredients

fettuccine pasta

chicken breasts
sliced into strips

For the Alfredo Sauce

tablespoons
butter
2
garlic cloves
minced
1
cup
heavy cream
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1/4
teaspoon
ground nutmeg

Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the heavy cream, stirring gently, and cook for 2-3 minutes without boiling.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper until the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to combine.
Serve warm with extra Parmesan on top.
