- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated feta or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions or parsley
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, adding milk, salt, and pepper.
Add grated cheese and chopped green onions or parsley to the mixture and stir.
Pour the mixture into a greased small baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes or until the eggs are puffed and set.
