Brioche Bread
Soft and slightly sweet, Brioche bread is perfect for breakfasts or sandwiches.

- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- 10 grams dry yeast
- 100 grams butter softened
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
- Sift the flour into a large bowl add the salt and sugar. Make a well in the center.
- Add the dry yeast and warm milk dissolving the yeast. Then add the eggs and softened butter, kneading the dough.
- Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 90 minutes.
- Knead the dough again and place it into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Shape it cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Brush the top with beaten egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
