Basil Chicken Roll
Chicken breasts stuffed with basil and cheese, rolled and baked to perfection with a crispy coating.

- 4 chicken breasts pounded flat
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper
Lay the chicken breasts flat and evenly distribute the mozzarella, chopped basil leaves, and garlic on top.
Carefully roll up each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the chicken rolls with olive oil and then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture to cover completely.
Place the chicken rolls on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
