- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.25 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, mashed banana, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth (avoid overmixing).
Fold in the chopped almonds gently.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
