Baked Spinach and Basil Omelette Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 100 g fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 50 g feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a medium baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add spinach, feta cheese, and basil to the egg mixture.
  • Pour into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly golden on top. Slice and serve warm.
