6 large eggs
100 g fresh spinach (chopped)
50 g feta cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup milk
1 handful fresh basil leaves (chopped)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a medium baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Add spinach, feta cheese, and basil to the egg mixture.
Pour into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly golden on top. Slice and serve warm.
