- 2 medium zucchinis thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil to coat evenly.
In a separate small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the zucchini slices and toss to coat evenly.
Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are crispy and golden.
