Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the zucchini and toss to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper over the zucchini slices.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the zucchini is golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
