- 2 medium zucchinis thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish optional
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the olive oil over the zucchini and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper over the zucchini slices.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the zucchini is golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
