Baked Spiced Tofu

Golden and crispy tofu cubes, baked with a blend of spices, making for a delicious and healthy snack or main dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g firm tofu pressed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread the tofu cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving and enjoy!
