Baked Spiced Tofu
Golden and crispy tofu cubes, baked with a blend of spices, making for a delicious and healthy snack or main dish.

- 400 g firm tofu pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish optional
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Spread the tofu cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving and enjoy!
