Avocado & Turkey Club Sandwich
A hearty sandwich made with avocado, turkey slices, vegetables, and whole grain bread.

- 8 slices whole grain bread
- 200 g sliced turkey breast
- 1 large avocado
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes thinly sliced
- 4 slices low-fat white cheese or mozzarella
- 4 teaspoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper
Mash the avocado and mix it with lemon juice, adding a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Lightly toast the bread slices.
Spread one teaspoon of light mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
For the first layer, add a lettuce leaf, avocado spread, turkey slices, and cheese onto a slice of bread.
Place another slice of bread on top and repeat the layering.
Finish with tomato slices and top with the last slice of bread.
Cut the sandwiches diagonally and secure with a toothpick before serving.
