Avocado Eggs Recipe
A healthy and delicious breakfast alternative combining avocado and eggs.

- 4 large eggs
- 2 ripe avocados (halved and pitted)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish, optional)
- Paprika (optional)
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the avocado halves in a baking dish. Crack an egg into the center of each avocado half.
Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper on top.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until the egg whites are set but the yolks remain soft.
Optionally garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
