Avocado Eggs Recipe

A healthy and delicious breakfast alternative combining avocado and eggs.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 ripe avocados (halved and pitted)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish, optional)
  • Paprika (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the avocado halves in a baking dish. Crack an egg into the center of each avocado half.
  • Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper on top.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, until the egg whites are set but the yolks remain soft.
  • Optionally garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
