- 2 ripe avocados sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts toasted
- 2 cups mixed greens such as arugula, spinach, or lettuce
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish optional, such as parsley or cilantro
