Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth.
Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla extract.
Add almond flour and baking soda, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop small portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Flatten slightly and bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
