Almond and Honey Cream

- 200 ml heavy cream chilled
- 30 g honey plus extra for drizzling
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 40 g sliced almonds toasted
- 10 g grated dark chocolate optional, for garnish
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Gradually add the honey and almond extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in half of the toasted almond slices.
Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses or bowls.
Smooth the surface for a clean finish.
Garnish with the remaining toasted almond slices, a drizzle of honey, and grated dark chocolate if desired.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
