Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh purslane leaves washed and chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove minced

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish optional
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped purslane leaves, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
