
Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Bagel Sandwich
A flavorful bagel sandwich made with fresh cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 whole grain bagels
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup capers
- 1 cup fresh arugula or lettuce
- 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the bagels in half and lightly toast the inner sides.
- Generously spread cream cheese on the bottom half of each bagel.
- Evenly layer the smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese.
- Add thinly sliced onion, cucumber, and capers on top of the salmon.
- Add a layer of arugula or lettuce, and drizzle with a bit of lemon juice.
- Place the top half of the bagel on top and serve the sandwiches.
