Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Place the chicken wings in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add all the spices. Mix well to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
