
Oven-Baked Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place the chicken wings in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add all the spices. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
