Ingredients
  

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Place the lamb chops in a bowl and add olive oil, grated garlic, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Toss well to coat and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the lamb chops in a single layer.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
