
Oven-Baked Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves grated
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Place the lamb chops in a bowl and add olive oil, grated garlic, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Toss well to coat and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the lamb chops in a single layer.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot.
