Ingredients
  

  • 4 steak pieces about 150 g each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

For the Vegetable Medley

  • 2 zucchinis sliced into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  • Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Let rest.
  • In a bowl, toss the zucchini, red bell pepper, and broccoli with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the vegetables in a grill pan or roast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Serve the steaks alongside the vegetable medley.
