
Grilled Steak with Vegetable Medley
Juicy and flavorful grilled steak served with a side of fresh, grilled vegetables for a balanced meal.
Ingredients
- 4 steak pieces about 150 g each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
For the Vegetable Medley
- 2 zucchinis sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Let rest.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini, red bell pepper, and broccoli with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the vegetables in a grill pan or roast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
- Serve the steaks alongside the vegetable medley.
