Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs skin-on, bone-in
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon sliced
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in a bowl and add olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
