
Honey Mustard Chicken Wings
Delicious chicken wings coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Place the chicken wings in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper to coat evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by mixing honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Remove the wings from the oven, coat them thoroughly with the sauce, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve hot.
