Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

For the Vegetables

  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  • To prepare the sautéed vegetables, heat olive oil in a large skillet.
  • Add zucchini, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and black pepper, and cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  • Serve the grilled chicken breast with the sautéed vegetables warm.
