
Grilled Chicken Breast with Sautéed Vegetables

Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
For the Vegetables
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- To prepare the sautéed vegetables, heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add zucchini, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and black pepper, and cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Serve the grilled chicken breast with the sautéed vegetables warm.
