Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 150 g fresh strawberries chopped
  • 40 g granola
  • 30 g honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Prepare the Yogurt

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Assemble the Parfait

  • In serving glasses, start with a layer of granola at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of the yogurt mixture, followed by a layer of chopped strawberries.
  • Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries on top.

Serve
