Ingredients
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.25 cups milk or almond/oat milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, honey, and melted oil, then add the vanilla extract.
