Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups milk or almond/oat milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, honey, and melted oil, then add the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth (avoid overmixing).
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
