
Oat Protein Waffle
A healthy and filling oat protein waffle recipe, perfect for a post-workout meal or an energy-packed breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups milk or almond milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, melted oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
