Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Honey or maple syrup and fresh fruit for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, matcha powder, and salt.
  • Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and whisk until the batter is smooth.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the edges, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Place the warm pancakes on a serving plate. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and garnish with fresh fruit.
