
Mushroom and Cheese Eggs Recipe
A quick and tasty breakfast with mushrooms and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 200 g mushrooms (sliced)
- 100 g shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper.
- When the eggs are nearly done, sprinkle the cheese on top and cook until the cheese melts.
- Optionally garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
