
Baked Spinach and Basil Omelette Recipe
This oven-baked omelette brings a burst of greens and flavor to your breakfast.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 100 g fresh spinach (chopped)
- 50 g feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a medium baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add spinach, feta cheese, and basil to the egg mixture.
- Pour into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly golden on top. Slice and serve warm.
