
Cheese and Tomato Mini Pizzas
Delicious mini pizzas topped with melted cheese and fresh tomatoes, perfect for a light meal or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 4 small pizza bases or pita bread
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or dairy-free cheese
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the mini pizza bases or pita bread on a baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each pizza base.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Arrange the tomato slices on top of the cheese, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
