
Baked Spicy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden and crispy.
