Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden and crispy.
