Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut oil or vegetable oil for frying
- Maple syrup and fresh fruit for serving optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
