
Baked Cinnamon Apple Slices
Warm and comforting baked apple slices, lightly caramelized with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Perfect as a snack or a healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 medium apples such as Fuji or Gala, cored and sliced
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the apple slices in a bowl and drizzle with coconut oil or melted butter. Add cinnamon and honey or maple syrup, then toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the apple slices halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
