Ingredients
  

  • 500 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn golden and opaque.
  • Serve the shrimp skewers with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
