
Lemon and Garlic Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn golden and opaque.
- Serve the shrimp skewers with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
