Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
