
Parmesan Baked Zucchini Sticks
Crispy and golden zucchini sticks coated with parmesan cheese, perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis cut into sticks
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs use gluten-free if needed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Marinara sauce for dipping optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each zucchini stick into the beaten egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini sticks on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
